Auxiliary control room of the Mix with the Masters flagship studio located in a residential area within the inner ring of Paris, France.
REDI Acoustics was tasked with optimizing the placement of the speakers and listening positions, as well as the characteristics and placement of all acoustical treatments. Designed by WSDG.
Studio B is Studio A's smaller brother. It is a 19.5m² (204 ft²) control room designed to serve as a secondary mixing and monitoring room at Rue Boyer, acting as the primary control room when Studio A is set as a live room. Despite the small size, it packs incredible gear and functionality, with different monitoring systems, a mixing console, and countless recording accessories. Having a cuboid shape and a large window at the front wall, the acoustic treatments in this room are designed for optimal monitoring performance at the mix position, creating a controlled temporal decay and frequency response.
